I visited today for dinner with my family after waiting for 15 min we were unattended by the restaurant staff . After complaining there was no response from the team it has happened twice I suggest the staff are rude and non cooperative I will not suggest anyone to be there

centrally located. huge property. rooms are very spacious. it needs little bit maintenance. in breakfast whole lot of choices there. service is very good and staff is polite and responsive. more cleanliness is required in common area and in lifts.

Once upon a time property, in shambles now, everything is poorly kept, zero maintenance, poor service, unprofessional staff. Righting the review sitting in Hotel, AC not working in entire Hotel and on enquiring, reply is,” SIR THERE IS FAN, PLEASE SWITCH IT ON, AC PLANTS ARE NOT WORKING SINCE LONG” No refunds, just cheating the guests. beautiful hotel, in the heart of city. big property, walking distance from Gol ghar, close to main market. this is ideal for business travellers. rooms and toilets are big, nice, clean. though AC was little noisy. buffet breakfast is excellent with lot of choices. Net speed is slow.
